2-3 large frozen bananas
1/4 cup plant-based milk (optional)
1 tbsp sweetener (maple syrup, sugar, agave, 2 pitted dates)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
Blend all the ingredients together. Play with the ratios, making it sweeter or more/less chocolaty, to suit your taste. Serve in a bowl with fresh fruit, nuts or dried coconut on top!
If you have to wait for the bananas to soften before you can blend them, just refreeze the nice cream before eating!
