Hay Stacks

½ cup coconut butter (Earth Balance)

2 cups sugar

½ cup plant-based milk

5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp vanilla

3 cups quick oats

1 cup coconut flakes


Melt the coconut butter in a large bowl then add everything else and mix until well combined. Drop the mixture onto wax paper in mounds of any size and let them cool.

Store the hay stacks in an airtight container in the fridge.
