Complete Suppers

Pre-made pizza crust with sauce
Vegetables - zucchini, mushrooms, spinach, red pepper, olives, kale, black beans, steamed squash, onion, sun dried tomatoes, artichokes etc.
Shredded vegan cheese (we use a mix of cheddar and mozzarella, both Daiya brand)

Heat the oven to 425 degrees or according to the pizza package. 

Chop up all your vegetables.
Put the sauce on the pizza crust and top with the vegetables. Pile them on!!

Sprinkle cheese on top (a little goes a long way).

Bake for 12 minutes and serve with kale chips.
