No-Bake Energy Bars
15 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup quick oats
2/3 cup coconut flakes
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup ground flax seed
½ cup vegan chocolate chips - mini ones work the best
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all of the ingredients together in a big bowl. Press the mixture into a pan and let it set in the fridge.
Cut into squares or bars. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
